Patsy Louise Manuel

Patsy Louise Manuel, 81, of Lake Charles passed away Wednesday, November 06, 2013 in a local hospital. Mrs. Manuel was born in Lake Providence, LA and has lived most of her life in Lake Charles. Her greatest love being children, she cared for many children in her home for many years. Mrs. Manuel was a member of 1st Church of Christ on Sale Road. She leaves to cherish her memory, two sons, Joey Manuel and Bobby Manuel, both of Lake Charles and three grandchildren, Phoebe Perkins of Lake Charles, Simone Perkins of Abita Springs and Turner Perkins of Lake Charles. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.M. Manuel. Funeral services will be at 12:00 PM Saturday, November 09, 2013 in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend David Veillon will officiate. Interment will follow in Black Bayou Cemetery. Visitation Saturday will be from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM in the funeral home.
