Paul Brown

November 22, 1959 — July 21, 2022

Paul Alan Brown, AKA Pete, Peta, Bad Old Pete, Bonehead, just to name a few passed away Thursday, July 21, 2022, in his home. 

He was a native of Vinton and a graduate of the Class of 1979 of Vinton High School.  He retired from Westlake Chemical.  He was known for his sausage making, beef jerky and BBQ.  In his younger days he loved being outdoors, hunting, fishing and being on the water. 

Preceded in death by his parents, Dexter and Velma Brown of Vinton; brother, Jackie Brown of Vinton; and nephew, Captain Aaron David Cox, USMC. 

Survivors include his wife of 33.5 years, Terri Brown; two daughters, Paula Allison Brown of Sulphur and Devon Alexandra Brown of Exeter, England; two brothers, Dexter Brown of Westlake and Glenn Brown, his wife Rachael of Sulphur; three sisters, Jeanie Brown, her husband Randy Cox of Little Rock, AR, Maureen Brown of Sulphur and Claudia Ginty, her husband Sean of Slough, England; foster sister, Ada Lou Broussard and her husband Johnny Broussard of Vinton;  Nieces and nephews include Corey Brown and his wife MacKenzie Brown their son, Asher, of Sulphur, Casey Brown of Lake Charles; Jacob Brown and his wife Selena Brown of Sulphur and their daughters Marra and Norah along with Dason and Kirra; Miriam Syers and her husband, Zachary and their son Theo Aaron of Flagstaff, AZ and, ; and last but not least, Christina Hardy and Hayden and Braylon Verret.
