Paul "Jimmy" James Reynolds

Paul James Reynolds, 61, of Sulphur, LA passed away January 26 ,2025, surrounded by his loving family. Jimmy was born in Lake Charles, LA to Charles and Lucy Reynolds. Jimmy loved being around friends and family, fishing, traveling, going to concerts, and enjoying his Corvette. He enjoyed helping people with anything related to paint and repair to autobody damage over the years he developed a following of being very helpful to all and did great work with the utmost integrity. He enjoyed making and smoking sausage. Jimmy was the life of the party and enjoyed living life to the fullest.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 42 years Brinda Reynolds; 2 children, daughter, Heather and husband Jared Adams and son, Jesse Reynolds; 5 grandchildren, Jacob Romero, Hannah Duhon, Jace Adams, Jeremiah Reynolds, Jax Adams; 2 siblings; Darlene “Donnie” Moss and Jeannie Thibodeaux; and mother-in-law and father-in-law, Erika Drummond and James W. Drummond. He had many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Johnny Reynolds; sister, Wavelynn Jensen. 

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday February 1, 2025, at Johnson Funeral Home in Sulphur, LA. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the time of services on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Johnson Funeral Home of Sulphur. Burial will be at Mimosa Pines Cemetery South.
