Pearl Hebert Thibodeaux

Pearl Hebert Thibodeaux, 82, formerly of Turkey Creek, LA died Thursday, March 03, 2011 in Bentonville, AR.

Mrs. Thibodeaux was born, raised and educated in Turkey Creek, LA. She lived most of her life in the Turkey Creek and Lake Charles areas and has lived the past eleven years in Bentonville, AR. She was a very talented seamstress whom also enjoyed vegetable gardening, reading and at one time was very active in the local Twin's Club.

Mrs. Thibodeaux enjoyed helping others, preparing and taking meals to families in need. She was a member of Boulevard Church of Christ and Bentonville Church of Christ. Mrs. Thibodeaux was truly a faithful Christian and avid reader of the Bible. She will be most remembered for her love and devotion to the Lord, her husband, children and grandchildren.

She leaves to cherish her memory, four sons, Gary Thibodeaux and wife Liz and Eddie Thibodeaux and wife Anita, of Bentonville, AR, Carl Thibodeaux and wife Debbie of Gentry, AR and Craig Thibodeaux and wife Jenni of DeQuincy, LA; thirteen grandchildren; fourteen great- grandchildren and one sister, Winifred Franks and husband J.C. of Searcy, AR.

She was preceded in death by her husband of forty years, Cladie Thibodeaux; her parents; four sisters and two brothers.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 5, 2011 in the Turkey Creek Church of Christ. Rodney Ashlock will officiate. Interment will follow in Turkey Creek Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation Saturday will be from 12:00 PM until the time of service in the church.
