Peggy Ann Stineff

Peggy Ann Stineff, 75, of Longville, Louisiana passed away Sunday April 12, 2015 in a local hospital. Ms. Peggy was born November 24, 1939, in Elton, Louisiana. She was a devoted Catholic and God was first in every decision she made. Her faith in God was unbelievably strong and her love for her family could never go unnoticed. She has left behind a life legacy that has touched countless members of her family and her friends. She is survived by her six children and their spouses, Donna Higginbotham and Johnny of Westlake, David Stineff and Beverly of Lake Charles, Tammy Abney and Tommy of Deridder, Blaine Stineff and Vicky of Ragley, Jennifer Gore and Wayne of Deridder, and Megan Martin and Rayford of Longville; one sister, Barbara D. Buller of Lake Charles; 30 grandchildren; 51 great grandchildren; and 25 great great grandchildren. Ms. Peggy is preceded in death by her loving husband Donald Stineff of Longville, Louisiana; her parents Cleveland and Estella Buller; and her sister Betty Scranton of Longville. Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at St. Pius Catholic Church in Ragley, Louisiana. Father Tim Goodly will officiate services. Burial will follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Westlake under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will begin on Tuesday in the funeral home from 12:00 PM until 9:00 PM with a cursillo rosary at 7:00 PM. Visitation will resume on Wednesday in the church hall from 9:00 AM until the start of the services. The grandsons will be pallbearers.
