Rachal Lynn Fontenot, 31 of Vinton passed away on November 7, 2013 in a local hospital. Rachal was a devoted mother and sister with a positive attitude who always put people first. She loved being a sports mom going to every ball game in her game day outfit. Rachal enjoyed singing in front of the mirror, was the clown of the family who loved having a good time. She was never on time, her daddy made over, a diva being always dressed properly and loved burnt bacon. Rachal is survived by her mother, Gay Trainer and step-father, Donald Trainer of Carlyss; 2 sons, Chris Fontenot and Tanner Bruney of Vinton; fianc, Pat Lopez of Vinton; sisters, Heather Bevil of Vinton and Daneille Butts and husband, Donald of Sulphur; brother, Trent Bevil and wife, Nathasha of DeQuincy; uncle, Billy Fontenot and wife, Ann of Corpus Christy, TX; aunt, Barbara Chapman; godchild, Ayden Mercer; nieces, Izzy Beaudeaux, Kathny LalComb, Aleixs Miller, Casey and Kim Butts and nephews Kirkland Beaudeaux and Tanner Miller. She was preceded in death by her father, Daniel R. Fontenot. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 10, 2013 at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home at 1 p.m. with Rev. Rob Tibbitts officiating. Burial will be in Westlake Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 9, 2013 from 3-9 p.m. at the funeral home and will resume on Sunday at 9 a.m. until time of the service.
