Randy Poole

Randall Wayne Poole, 58, of Westlake, LA, passed away on February 21, 2021 at a Baton Rouge hospital.

Mr. Poole was born June 7, 1962 in Lake Charles, LA and was a lifelong resident of Westlake, LA.  He graduated from Barbe High School and Sowela Technical School.  Mr. Poole worked for Sulphur Electric and was of the Methodist faith.

Mr. Poole is survived by his wife of thirty-four years, Joy Pinder Poole; son, Christopher Poole of Missouri; his father, Grady Poole and wife Glenda; and his favorite fur-buddy, Buster.

Mr. Poole was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Guidry Poole; brother, Danny Poole, and his beloved dog, Misha.

His graveside service will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Highland Memory Gardens, under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home.  Reverend Katie Black will officiate.  Visitation will be at Lake City Baptist Church, 3940 Holly Hill Rd, Lake Charles, LA 70605, on Thursday from 10:00 AM until 12:45 PM.
