Rev. Bryant E. Gore

Bryant Eugene Gore, 95, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 19, 2024 in a Lake Charles care center. He was born on June 6, 1928 in Clanton, Alabama, to Herschel and Ruby Armstrong Gore.

Those left to cherish his memory are, his children Denise Jones, Debbie Loftus, Craig Hebert, Rebecca Hebert, Donna DeLucca, Patti Cryer, Scott Hebert, Bruce Hebert and Thomas Gore; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Patricia Olmsted Gore; his son Brian Hebert; his daughter, Vicki Hebert and his sisters, Doris Rogers and Joyce DeCarlo.

His funeral will be held at 1:30 PM on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 in the Johnson Funeral Home of Lake Charles Chapel, located at 4321 Lake Street. Rev. Lloyd Whitman will officiate. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation be at the funeral home on Wednesday morning from 9:00 AM until the start of the service at 1:30 PM.
