Rhonda Lois Perry

Rhonda Lois Perry, 63, of Sulphur passed away on August 14, 2013 in a local hospital. She was born in Lake Charles and lived in Sulphur all of her life. Rhonda was a member of Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Sulphur. She worked as a cook at The Sausage Link, loved to play all types of games with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, was a big New Orleans Saints fan and loved to pick and joke with her family. Rhonda is survived by her daughter, Traci Lynne Miller and husband, Vernon of Sulphur; 6 grandchildren, Kristen Perry Flores and husband, Donald , Shannon Perry and wife, Marie, Erin Sittig, Erica Sittig,and Mia Miller all of Sulphur; Danny Miller and wife, Ashley of Iowa; 9 great-grandchildren, Madison, Mason, Maddox, Blade, Sophia, Alyssa, Brenden, Maddy and Brynlee; 3 brothers, Randall Perry, and Joel Perry of Sulphur and John Perry and wife, Missy of Richardson, TX; sister, Christine Perry of Sulphur and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Lois Perry and a brother, Rex Perry and one granddaughter, Santana Miller. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2013 at2 p.m. at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Sulphur with Father Thomas Huhn officiating. Burial will be in Mimosa Pines Cemetery in Carlyss under the direction of Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Friday, August 16, 2013 from 1-9p.m. with a rosary at 6 p.m.at the funeral home and will resume on Saturday at 9 a.m. until time of the service.
