Richard Paul Vice

Richard Paul Vice 71, of Sulphur passed away on January 28, 2012. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Robison Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ron Fox officiating. Burial will be in Mimosa Pines Cemetery in Carlyss, LA. The family will receive friends on Monday, January 30, 2012 from 5-9 p.m. at the funeral home and will resume on Tuesday at 8 a.m. until time of service. Richard was a lifelong Sulphur resident. After graduating from Sulphur High he attended college in Mississippi and later at McNeese State University. He then became a pipe fitter and later a Maintenance Supervisor for PPG Industries. Richard retired in 2007 after 42 years of service. Richard is survived by his wife, Lynelle Vice of Sulphur; five daughters, Cindy Trahan and husband, Mike of Vinton, Shelly Mathews and husband, Bart of Carlyss, Angela Maddox and James Corkern of Sulphur, Paula Vice of Vinton, and Kayla Vallery and husband, Micheal of DeQuincy; son, Darren Fruge and wife, Stephanie of Sulphur; mother, Doris Vice of Lake Charles; sister, Shirl Vice of Lake Charles; 15 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
