Rita Mae Ramour

Rita Mae Ramour was born May 24, 1967 in Lake Charles, Louisiana to the late Larry North and Grace Richard.

Rita enjoyed the simpler things in life, her family was the most being the most important thing in her life. Although she battled a lengthy illness, she enjoyed fishing the bayou behind her home, family fish fry’s, and attending as many Jamie Bergeron concerts with her daughter as she could.

When she was not with her family, she enjoyed watching the Lifetime Channel and spending time with her dogs.

She was welcomed into Heaven on August 28, 2022 by her father Larry North and mother Grace Richard.

Those left to cherish her memory; her husband Dexter Ramour; two daughters, Crystal Daigle and Mandi Gallagher; grandchildren, Bryler J Gallagher, Daniel Gallagher, Jaydon Angelle; a sister, Melissa (Gary) Pruitt.

Family to welcome friends in the Chapel of Johnson Funeral Home on Thursday, September 1, 2022 beginning at 9am to 2pm. A Rosary to be prayed at 1pm. Funeral services will begin at 2pm with burial to follow at Consolata Cemetery.
