Robert C. Donaldson

Robert C. Donaldson, 78, of Sulphur passed away on May 2, 2019.  He was born in Urbana, Ohio and attended Springfield High School. Robert worked as a mechanic for DSI in Sulphur, enjoyed fishing, traveling, restoring old cars and Nascar. He loved spending time with his family and friends.

Robert is survived by his son, Kevin Donaldson and wife Lynn of Springfield OH; three daughters, Christy Scott and husband Robert of FL, Angel Fontenot of Santa Fe, TX and Mandie Carpenter and husband Robert of Sulphur; step-sister, Pam Wiese and husband Ricky of Sulphur; 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Forrest and Thora Donaldson; son, Steve Donaldson; sister, Christina Breaux; and brother, Larry Donaldson.

Services will be held on Friday, May 10, 2019 at 2 P.M. at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. Burial will be in Farquhar Cemetery under the direction of Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 9, 2019 from 4-8 P.M. at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home with visitation continuing Friday, May 10 at 12 P.m. until time of service.
