Robert Ray Lebleu

Robert Ray LeBleu, 52, of Iowa, LA died on Sunday, March 6, 2011 in a Shreveport, LA hospital.

Born December 6, 1958 in Lake Charles, LA, Robert was raised in Gillis, LA and has lived in Iowa for the past twenty-three years. He was a 1977 graduate of Sam Houston High School. Robert worked as a truck driver most of his life and most recently worked for Blake D. Hines Construction. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding motorcycles and was an avid Saints football fan. He will always be remembered as a loving father.

Robert is survived by his daughter, Lori LeBleu; son, Matt LeBleu, both of Iowa; father, Sonny LeBleu of Merryville, LA; brothers, Sam LeBleu of San Antonio, TX and Junior LeBleu of Texas; sisters, Becky LeBleu, Midge Arabie, and Lisa LeBleu, all of San Antonio, TX and Donna LeBleu of Kansas; and the mother of his children, Pamela LeBleu of Lake Charles.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sylvia LeBleu.

His funeral service will be at 10:00 AM on Friday, March 11, 2011 in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Charles Manuel will officiate. Burial will follow in Magnolia Cemetery in Ragley, LA. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and continue on Friday from 8:00 AM until the start of the service.
