Roberta Ann Robbie Capaldi Faul

Roberta Ann "Robbie" Capaldi Faul, 54, died Friday, September 02, 2011, in her residence.

Born to Robert and Dorothy Newman Capaldi, Ms. Faul was a lifelong resident of Lake Charles. She was a 1975 graduate of Barbe High School and achieved her drafting degree from Sowela. She was an I E drafter for Recon Management Services. Ms. Faul enjoyed hiking and travelling, especially in the mountains. Spending time with her family and friends was her greatest joy. She was a member of Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church.

Ms. Faul is survived by one daughter, Jill Midkiff and husband Mike of Carlyss; three sons, Cain Schexneider and Seth Faul of Lake Charles and Taylor Faul of Lafayette; three grandchildren, Olivia Claire, William Robert and Meredith Ann Midkiff; two brothers, Milton "Buddy" Milford and wife Jocelyn and Ron Milford and wife Patsy, all of Lake Charles; and sisters Donna Capaldi Barker and husband Kelly of Lake Charles and Susie Schatzle and husband Conrad of Lafayette.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, September 5, 2011 at Johnson Funeral Home. Father Whitney Miller will officiate. Entombment will be at Consolata Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday from 4 until 9 p.m., with a rosary at 6 p.m., and on Monday from 9 a.m. until service time.
