Ronald Jones

Ronald Jones, 57, of Lake Charles, LA died Friday, March 4, 2016 in his residence.

Ronald was born on December 30, 1958 in Lake Charles, LA to John and Theresa Jones. He was well known for his woodworking skills, motorcycle riding, and fishing. Ronald also made beautiful bromeliad arrangements.

He is survived by his loving mother, Theresa Roy Jones; two brothers, Leonard Jones and wife Susan of Houston, TX and Carl Wayne Jones and wife Mary of Dayton, TX; one nephew, Steven Soileau and wife Kimmi of Atascocita, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father, John O. Jones; one sister, Carolyn M. Redd; and one nephew, Jeremy Jones.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a rosary at 6:00 PM Monday, March 7, 2016 at Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will resume from 8:00 AM until 1:00 PM Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at Johnson Funeral Home. Burial will be at Consolata Cemetery. Father Wayne LeBleu will officiate services.
