It is with the deepest heartfelt sympathy we report the death of our beloved Ronnie James Blaine Joiner at Lake Charles, Louisiana on September 5, 2019 at the very young age of 28.
He is preceded in death by both maternal grandparents, Alice & Blaine Crisp, of Canton, OH; uncle Brian D. Crisp, of Canton, OH; cousins, Kimberly Crisp & Timothy Levi Hill of Canton, OH; and, just recently, his best Friend and older brother, Jerry Lynn Joiner of Fort Meyers, FL.
Ronnie is survived by his fiancé of ten years, Kristy Ann Mullenand her son Ethan and their two beautiful children, son, Karson Joiner (5 years old), and daughter Kylie Joiner (6 years old); all of Lake Charles. He is also survived by his loving mother, Kelly Crisp Brock; stepfather, Jesse Porter; step siblings, Chris & Katie Porter all of Punta Gorda, FL. He is also survived by his father & stepmother, Jerry & Nancy Joiner; stepbrother, Josh Burns of Lake Charles and half-brother, also named Jerry Joiner, of Canton, OH. Ronnie also leaves behind two older sisters, Heather M. Joiner and children, Kayden & Heaven and Deseree Joiner and children Mikey & Summer, all of Canton, Ohio, along with grandparents Ruth and Larry Wade. Also, very much in his life were Kristy’s family; loving grandmother Vicky Shackleford and Kristy’s sisters; Danielle, Kathy and Kayla and their families all of Lake Charles. Ronnie had many cousins, nieces & nephews, great friends and mentors in his life of which are too many to mention! I just want to give a special mention to Ricky Lucas of Canton, Ohio who made a positive difference in his young life!
Ronnie was born in Canton, OH, in 1991 and moved to Florida with his family in his teenage years. He was a very creative little guy and could take anything apart and rebuild it better! As he grew older this ability led him into rebuilding old cars to the reconstruction of homes. One of his last beautiful projects was remodeling his mother's bathroom and re-tiling the floors in her home in Punta Gorda, FL. His dream was to pursue and make his business R.J. Remodeling a success!
He loved Rap music and even once created a Rap video to encourage kids to stop using drugs.
He had a heart of gold and was a loving father and fiancé to Kristy and their children! Ronnie loved deeply, had a tender heart, and was always a true & loyal friend. He loved his family dearly.
Life was not always easy for Ronnie, but he never stopped trying to find that happiness we all hope for!
May his sweet, tender, loving soul forever rest in the hands of our Lord and Savior!
