He and Linda owned and operated “Towaways Wrecker Service” for more than twenty-five years. He was a member of the Idlers Show Car & Truck Club, and together they organized and attended various car shows, took trips on his motorcycle, or enjoyed a quiet fishing spot. He was a member of Krewe Du Bon Couer, serving as a past duke and king.

Red White & Blue, his heart beat true, he was a proud patriot to the place he called home. He was a Fourth Degree Knight of Columbus.

He was a lifelong member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, where he served as Head Usher for many years.
