Rosa Adams Dartez

Rosa Adams Dartez, 93, of Lake Charles, died December 6, 2022, at a local nursing facility.  Rosa was born October 3, 1929, in Kaplan, La. And was a retired school teacher with the Calcasieu Parish School Board. 

Rosa is survived by her son, Darren Adams and wife Clara of Lake Charles; two daughters, Dian Adams Bergeron of Big Lake and Vicki Adams Durfey of Baton Rouge; 6 Grandchildren and 5 Great grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, December 9, 2022, at 12:00 P.M. noon, in Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 3939 Lake St. Lake Charles, LA. 70605.  A Rosary will be recited Thursday, December 8, 2022 at 5:00 P.M. at Johnson Funeral Home, 4321 Lake St. Lake Charles, LA. 70605, with visitation to follow the Rosary until 7:00 P.M. also at the funeral home. Burial will follow the Mass at Consolata Cemetery.
