Rosella May Bertrand

Rosella May Bertrand, 80 of Lake Charles died on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, in Lake Charles.  She lived most of her life in Kinder and was of the Catholic Faith.

Rosella was a homemaker and loved the outdoors.  She enjoyed her plants and flowers and playing with her great grandchildren.  She also loved to embroider and watch TV with her daughter, Deborah Miles, her caregiver.

She is survived by her daughters, Amanda Bertrand Lampkin of Beaumont, TX, Deborah Miles and husband Andrew of Lake Charles, and Terry Ravia and husband Nathan of Lake Charles; grandchildren, Angelia, Matthew, Nickolas and Noah; great grandchildren, Beau, Scarlett, and Delilah. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbert Paul Bertrand; and her parents, Clarence Lapoint, Sr. and Agnes D. Soileau Lapoint.

The family is planning a celebration of life ceremony at a later date.
