Roy J. Bucky Leblanc

Roy Jerry Bucky LeBlanc, 76, of Lake Charles passed away at 5:51 AM, Monday, April 01, 2013 in a local hospital.

Bucky was a native and life resident of Lake Charles and graduated from Lake Charles High School. Mr. LeBlanc served in the U. S. Coast Guard Reserve. He was an avid Race Car Fan.

He is survived by his son, Bucky LeBlanc and wife Rachel; his daughter, Nikki LeBlanc; two grandsons, Julius Verret and Jacob LeBlanc; one brother, Bobby LeBlanc and one sister, Betty Mueller all of Lake Charles. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sidney and Rhea (Primeaux) LeBlanc and two sisters; Laura LaLa Thibodeaux and Mary Ann Nanny Wood.

His funeral will be at 1:00 PM, Thursday, April 4, 2013 in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Monsignor Jace Eskind will officiate. Burial will be in Prien Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM Wednesday with a rosary at 6:00 PM and continue on Thursday from 9:00 AM until time of service in the funeral home.
