Russell Barrow

Russell Clint Barrow, 69, of Sulphur, LA passed away surrounded by his loved ones on Tuesday, March 4, 2025.  Russell was born on August 26, 1955, in Port Arthur, TX to Asa and Hazel Barrow.

Russell enjoyed being around family and friends the most and was always known for a generous heart, willing to help anyone. He loved riding motorcycles, listening to music and playing his guitar. Russell also loved working with metal model fabrication and was an avid reader.

He is survived by his two children, daughter, Ariel Barrow and son, Brenton Barrow; Brother, Roy Barrow and wife Loraine; companion, Jennifer Lynn Melancon; and five grandchildren, Cael Bellard, Draken Bellard, Asa Barrow, Sophia Melendez, and Solyss Barrow.

Russell is preceded in death by his parents and one daughter, Roxanne Barrow.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday March 7th, 2025, at Johnson Funeral Home of Sulphur. A gathering of friends will be from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM on Friday March 7th, 2025, at Johnson Funeral Home of Sulphur.

Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home of Sulphur.
