He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilton and Marjorie Bourque; and brothers, Billy Bourque, Jr., Charlie Bourque, Ronnie Bourque, and Clay Bourque.

His funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at University Baptist Church.  Father Samuel Bond will officiate.  Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens, under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home.  A gathering of family members and friends will be at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until the start of the service, with a rosary at noon.

The family would like to express a special word of thanks to Russell’s favorite caregiver, “Candy Jo”, ResCare, and Harbor Hospice for the excellent care given.
