Ruth Aumiller Webb

Ruth Elaine Aumiller Webb, age 91, of Lake Charles, LA passed away peacefully on January 13, 2022 in her home at the Verandah.  She was born on December 2, 1930 in Corpus Christi, TX to Benjamin Frank and Nora Inez Whittaker Aumiller.

She was predeceased by her parents, by her husband, George Fredericks Webb, Jr., by her son James Richard Webb, and by many other members of her immediate family, all of whom she missed terribly.

She is survived by her four remaining children: George Fredericks Webb, III (Jane), Deborah Anne Webb, Anita Jo Webb Isbell and John Patrick Webb (Virginia); by her one remaining sibling, Jack Richard Aumiller, Sr. (Jo Ann); by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nephews, nieces and many friends, who were all, by virtue of her gregarious personality, the very air she breathed.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 noon on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.  Monsignor Jace Eskind will serve as Celebrant.  Burial will follow in Consolata Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home.  Visitation will be at the church on Saturday morning from 10:30 until the start of the funeral mass at noon, with a rosary being recited at 11:00 AM.
