Samuel Dewayne Guillory, Sr.

Samuel Dewayne Guillory Sr., 61 of Lake Charles, LA was called Home Thursday, January 28, 2021.

He was born June 22, 1959 in Kinder, LA to Roger and Elda Ferriss and was a lifelong resident of Southwest Louisiana.

He was a loving husband and father to his children and grandchildren.  He was employed for thirty-six years in the tire industry, retiring in 2019. He enjoyed clogging and square dancing, as well as watching various TV shows; wrestling being his favorite and he was an avid animal lover. He was a long time member of Lakewood Bible Fellowship.

He was welcomed into Heaven by his wife of 18 years, Charlene and his parents.

Those left to cherish his memory are his children; Samual Dewayne Guillory, Jr., Eric Guillory, and Stacy Young; his grandchildren, Khloie Guillory, Kaylee Guillory, Gabriel Guillory, Kinsley Guillory, Adam Richard, Trent Richard, Faith Richard, and Joseph Young; his siblings, Sheri Flint and James Ferriss.

The family will welcome friends at University Baptist Church, Tuesday, February 2, 2021 beginning at 10am to time of service. A funeral service will begin at 1pm led by Lee Pratt with burial to follow at Prien Memorial Park.
