Sandra Cox

Sandra L. Cox, 66, of Lake Charles died at 3:10 AM, Wednesday, July 31, 2013 in her residence with her loving family at her side.

Mrs. Cox was born on April 26, 1947 in Camden, Ohio. She was a 1964 graduate of Hamilton High School in Ohio. Mrs. Cox worked for over 35 years as a Nurses Aid in California and in the Lake Charles area. She was of the Baptist Faith. In her spare time she loved camping, fishing and hunting.

She is survived by her husband, Anthony Paul Cox of Lake Charles, LA, one son, Anthony Eugene Edwards of Lake Charles, LA, one daughter, Cynthia Ann Babineaux of Lake Charles, LA, one brother, Tommy Feltner of Camden, Ohio, one sister Roxanne Lent of Camden, Ohio, four grandchildren, Dominique Helsel, Shawn Helsel, Samantha Babineaux, Destiny Cormier.

Her funeral will be held on Friday August 2, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Johnson Funeral Home. Rev. Chris Fuselier will officiate. Burial will be in Farquhar Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will begin on Thursday at 11:00 AM until 9:00 PM and will continue on Friday at 8:00 AM until the time of services.
