Sandra Jean Bell

Sandra Jean Bell, 61, of Conroe, TX passed away on Saturday, October 17, 2015 in a Woodlands, TX hospital. Sandra was born on March 10, 1954 in Springfield, IL. She grew up in Lake Charles and moved to Conroe, TX more than 30 years ago. Sandra was a graduate of LaGrange Senior High School and also of McNeese State University. She began her career at Sterling Electronics before being employed at DXP Enterprise for the last 15 years as Director of Administrative Service. One of her proud accomplishments was earning her red belt with two stripes for Karate. She cherished her time spent with family and enjoyed laughing with her friends. Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Dylan Bell of Conroe, TX; her husband, Russell Bell of Huntsville, TX; her mother, Elizabeth Pierson of Lake Charles; a sister, Vickie Duvail (David) of Lumberton, TX; two brothers, Mark Hunt and Sean Pierson (Dina) all of Lake Charles; a grandson, Hudson Kelly of Conroe, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Lester Hunt. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday, October 22, 2015 in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Ronnie Estes will officiate. Burial will follow in Consolata Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Wednesday from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM and will resume on Thursday from 10:00 AM until the start of the service.
