Sandra Kay Rigdon

Sandra Kay Bushnell Rigdon, 55, passed away Tuesday, July 19 in a local care facility.

Sandra was a loving sister and friend to many and loved her family dearly. She enjoyed crafts and was a very talented artist and amazing cook. Sandra worked many years as a CNA. She loved helping people.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Joyce Bushnell; grandparents, Julius and Leona Bushnell; Mildred and Benny Percle. Sandra leaves behind three sons, Donovan Luke (Sarah) Rigdon, Judgery Cade (Michelle) Rigdon, Hunter Ray Gyth Rigdon (Bayleigh Gandy), father, Rayburn (Susan) Bushnell, sisters, Donna (Chris) Babcock, Kathy Bushnell, Stephanie (Bill) Kotcher; brother, Mark (Windy) Bushnell; grandchildren, Jillian, Marleigh, Hayden, Darby, Kasen and 7 nieces and nephews; and honorary sister/caregiver, Pauline Wilcox.

A memorial gathering will be held Sunday, July 24, from 2:00pm-5:00 pm at First Baptist Church of Gillis.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate any donations for expenses. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home.
