Scott Lyle Wade

Scott Lyle Wade, 65, passed away on July 3, 2018 at a local care facility.

Mr. Wade was a 1971 graduate of Lake Charles High School. He then served his country in the United States Army. He retired with UPS as a delivery driver. He is fondly remembered for his great sense of humor.

He is survived by two daughters, Kelly Walker, and Julie Wade; four grandchildren, Cole, Sam, Kathryne, and Camille; and three siblings, Chris Wade and wife Ruth, Robert Wade, and Susan Wade-Benglis and husband Jimbo.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth Sr. and Irene Wade; and his brother, Kenneth Wade Jr.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at Johnson Funeral Home on Thursday, July 5, 2018 from 4PM to 8PM. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home. Inurnment will be at Dutch Cove Cemetery in Carlyss, LA on Friday, July 6 at 10AM.
