Sharon Faye Howell

Sharon Faye Howell, 80, passed from this life at a local care facility on Tuesday, February 20, 2024. Sharon was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and the best nanny ever. She loved dearly and wholeheartedly, her boys, her grandchildren, all her nieces and nephews, her sisters, and her only brother, Pete. Everyone who was a part of her life kept a part of her heart! She will be sorely missed by all who knew her.

Those left to cherish Sharon’s memory are her sons, Marlin Johnston, Rusty Johnston; grandchildren, Cody and Niki Johnston; sisters, Vicki Ancelet, Debbie Broussard, Terry Miller; brothers-in-law, Harvey Ancelet, Wilson Miller; nephews, Josh Abshire (Anna), Kindall Broussard (Kacy)also Sharon’s Godchild; nieces, Kimberly Broussard, Missy Braxton; Godchild, Olivia Kate; numerous great nieces and nephews.

Sharon is preceded in death by her loving parents, Roy and Hazel Broussard; son David Johnston; brother Paul “Pete” Broussard.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson and Robison Funeral Home.
