Shelia Marie Beard

Shelia Marie Beard, 53, of Lake Charles, died at 2:45 AM Tuesday September 14, 2010 at a local hospital.

Shelia was born January 29, 1957 in Lake Charles, to Ray and Judith Meredith Beard. She was a self employed hairdresser.

In addition to her parents, Shelia was preceded in death by a grandson, Gavin Tradewell; grandfather, Tom Meredith, Sr.; grandmother, Jean Meredith; and an aunt, Karen Sadler. She is survived by three sons, Eric Tradewell and wife Rachel of Lake Charles, Brent Tradewell and wife Cathy of Westlake, and T.C. Tradewell of Lake Charles; father of her children, Dan Tradewell of Hamburg, Arkansas; brothers, Bruce Beard and wife Belinda of Sweetlake, and Jeff Beard of Sweetlake; sister, Paula Williams and husband Carroll of Lake Charles; grandchildren, Alexia, Victoria, Olivia, Bray and Emma Tradewell.

Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Saturday September 18 at Johnson funeral home. Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday with Pastor Brian Fitkin officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations for Shelia's final expenses would be greatly appreciated.
