Steve Shortridge

On June 26, 2010, Steve Shortridge, 54, of Sulphur, lost his battle with cancer. He was born on August 19, 1955 in Lake Charles, LA and was a resident of Lake Charles, LA. He was preceded in death by his father, Kimbul C. Shortridge and sister-in-law, Karen Shortridge. He is survived by his daughter, Michelle Guidry; grandsons, Stephen Guidry and Earl Shortridge; mother, Clair Shortridge; siblings, Billy Shortridge, Michael and wife Bennie Shortridge, Katherine and husband Michael Matte, Christine and husband James deLauncy, and Kenneth Shortridge; many nieces, nephews and a host of friends. The family will hold a private memorial service.
