Susie Ann Miller

Susie Ann Miller, born on October 5, 1961, passed away peacefully at Rosewood Nursing Home on October 3, 2024. A true lover of life’s joys, Susie had a deep passion for art and found great pleasure in coloring. She was also known for her spontaneous love of dancing, especially when she heard anything fast. Above all, Susie cherished her beloved dog, Slicky.

Susie is survived by her siblings: Shirley Miller, Barbara MacFarlane, Mary Lou Istre, and Johnny Miller (Karen). She also leaves behind Lillian Cloutier, Harry Miller, and the entire Veronie family. She was preceded in death by Joe Miller, Annie Mae Miller, and William Chesson.

A memorial service in Susie's honor will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at 12:00p.m. at Johnson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. Visitation will be open to the public starting at 11:00 a.m., with a rosary at 11:30 a.m. A private burial will take place at a later date.

Susie’s joyful spirit, love for life, will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
