Tamara Ann Cleghorn

Tamara Ann Cleghorn, 49, passed away at her residence on May 12, 2018.

She was born on April 11, 1969 in Lake Charles, LA to Jimmy Dale Leblanc and Judy Laurents Dugas. She will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother and for her big heart, great sense of humor, and the love she had for her dogs (Sprinkles and Daisy).

She will also be remembered as a faithful and devoted Christian who brought a smile to the face of everyone she met.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 22 years James Lee Cleghorn; her daughter, Brandi Peak Morris (Michael); son, Garrett Peak; grandchildren, Brayden Knox and Noah Morris; parents, Jimmy Dale Leblanc and Judy Laurents Dugas (Clyde); sister, Pamela Leblanc Poche (Travis); and nieces, Ariel Poche and Ashlyn Poche.

She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Michael Peak, Jr.; maternal grandparents, Herb and Ruth Laurents; and paternal grandparents, Steve and Ella Leblanc.

Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held to celebrate her life at 10 AM on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church. Burial will take place in Consolata Cemetery.
