Tamara Jean Martinez

Tamara Jean Martinez, 62 of Lake Charles, passed away Friday October 25, 2019 at her home surrounded by her family.

Tamara was born is Bakersfield, CA, on July 8, 1957 to Bill and Dorothy Lou Graves. She moved to Lake Charles 3 years ago to be with her family. Tamara loved baking, especially fudge and cookies. She enjoyed spending time with her daughter, grandchildren, and great grandbabies. She will be greatly missed and remembered for her beautiful soul.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Beth Cons; grandchildren, Sarah Shannon, Jessica Sherrick, Michelle Sherrick, Kymberli Sherrick, and Katy Gonzales; her sister, Nancy Graves; and 5 great grandchildren.

Tamara’s cremation has been entrusted to Simple Traditions by Johnson Funeral Home.
