Taylor Lane Olivier, 22, of Lake Charles, La died Friday, November 28, 2014. Taylor was born on February 16, 1992 in Lake Charles, La to James and Sandy Olivier. Taylor loved spending time outdoors skiing and fishing. He was a talented athlete. He also enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Sandy Lynn Ferguson and Hank Broodkoorn; one brother, Trey Ferguson; one sister, Brooke Ferguson; two step-sisters; Brooke Broodkoorn and Lyndsie Broodkoorn; paternal grandparents, Jimmy and Diane Olivier; maternal grandmother, Nancy Alexander; two aunts, Terra Olivier and husband Mike and Amanda Spence and husband Don; uncle Bryan Alexander and wife Michelle; great grandparents, Howard Robertson, and Joseph and Margaret Olivier. He is preceded in death by his father, James Alden Olivier. Services will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until 9:00 PM Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will resume at 8:00 AM until 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at Johnson Funeral Home. Burial will be at Westlake Memorial Cemetery. Rev. Charles Willis will officiate services.
