Terri Lynn Bullock Terrell, age 57, of Fenton, left this world January 24, 2022.
Terri was born June 19, 1964 in Bossier City, LA and was a 1982 graduate from Turpin High School in Cincinnati, OH. She worked as a hairstylist for many years and was currently working at Terrell & Associates. She was married to her husband, Roland Terrell, for almost 30 years.
She, along with her husband, served as volunteers with the 4-H leadership and shooting sports programs for over a decade while supporting the 4-H program with various fundraisers and events and was a shooting instructor at the parish, regional, and state level. They also served on parish and state shooting sports advisory boards. She loved her family dearly, especially her children and was always very involved with their activities.
She was a passionate and active volunteer for CASA Division of Family & Youth Counseling for the past five years. She was a volunteer and sponsor of The Iowa Rabbit Festival for over 20 years. She also volunteered with The Red Cross and Boy Scouts of America, along with numerous other organizations throughout the years.
Terri gave God the credit for being a two-time cancer survivor and enjoyed life to the fullest. She and her husband enjoyed tailgating at LSU games, camping with the family, traveling the world, and planning trips with her friends.
Terri leaves to cherish her loving memory her children, Logan Shane Terrell and Austin Law Terrell; her parents, Dave and Coleen Bullock of Lumberton, NC; one brother, Michael Bullock and wife Liz, of Austin, TX.; nephews and nieces, Hunter Terrell, Trey Terrell, Ty Terrell, and Ethan Terrell, all of Lake Charles, LA, Natalia and David Broussard of Iowa, LA, Carter, Parker and Hattie Bullock of Austin, TX; Great niece and nephew, Jude and Emma Broussard Iowa, LA.
Her funeral will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at St. Luke-Simpson United Methodist Church. Reverend E. J. McCann and Dr. John Robert Black will officiate. Burial will follow in Consolata Cemetery, under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will be at the church on Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and continue on Thursday from 9:30 AM until the start of the service.
