Terry John LeBlanc, 66, of Sulphur passed away on February 22, 2017 peacefully in his home surrounded by his family. Terry was a member of Our Lady of LaSalette Catholic Church. He served his country in the U S Army, and was president of the Local AFLCIO for municipal workers for the city of Sulphur for many years. Terry enjoyed fishing, making fishing baits, gardening and woodworking. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
Terry is survived by his wife of 40 years, Teresa LeBlanc of Sulphur; his son, Brett LeBlanc and wife Misty of Sulphur; his daughter, Alonna Ardoin and husband Chase of Denham Springs; 2 grandchildren, Mason LeBlanc and Adrienne Ardoin; 4 brothers, Randy LeBlanc and wife Melodie, Jerry LeBlanc and wife Sherry, James LeBlanc and wife Angela, and Lyndon LeBlanc and wife Theresa; sister, Mary Jane Field and husband Mike; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil and Maude LeBlanc.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, February 27, 2017 at 10 A.M. at Our Lady of LaSalette Catholic Church in Sulphur with Father Andrews Kollannoor, M.S. officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery in Sulphur under the direction of Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 26, 2017 from 5-9 P.M. with a rosary a t 7 P.M. with visitation continuing on Monday, February 27 at 8 A.M. until time of leaving for the church. In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
