Theresa Bartholomew

Theresa Bartholomew, 88, of Houston died at 6:55 PM on Friday, February 20, 2015 in a Houston care facility. Mrs. Bartholomew was born on October 17, 1926 in Lake Charles and was a graduate of LaGrange High School. She and her husband resided abroad for his job for 20 years. Mrs. Bartholomew then resided in Houston, TX until her death. Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Curran G. Bartholomew of Iowa and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Almina and Adolph Mouton and five siblings, Genevieve Alexander, Gladys Miller, Lawrence Mouton, Janet Hightower, and Alfred Mouton. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at Consolata Cemetery. Deacon Harold Nixon will officiate. Visitation will begin in Johnson Funeral Home at 12:30 PM until leaving for the cemetery at 1:30 PM.
