Theresa was a strong believer in Jesus Christ and put her faith in Him until the end. Her family is at peace, knowing she is even now safe in Heaven. She is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Anthony DiGiovanni of Sulphur, her only daughter, Donna DiGiovanni Lancon, her brother Moe Courville, her two sisters, Lavinia Edler and Agnes Berard, and her parents, Moise and Zulma Courville. She is survived by four sons, Mike DiGiovanni of Sulphur, Guy DiGiovanni of Sulphur, Victor DiGiovanni of Humble, Texas, and Sean DiGiovanni of Lake Charles, ten grandchildren, Eric, Jeffery, Zach, Kade, Ryan, Christian, Allie, Halie, Brooke, and Madison. In her final days, her greatest pleasure was getting to spend time time with her only great-grandson, Elias, which she was able to do on her birthday three weeks ago. Memorials may be sent to Johnson Funeral Home, and if preferred, donations can be made in her name to the DiGiovanni's favorite charity, St. Jude's Children's Hospital. She will be missed.
