Thomas Lindy Remedies

Thomas Lindy Remedies, 63, of Starks, LA died Wednesday, April 20, 2016 in a local care facility surrounded by his loving family.

Thomas was born on May 31, 1952 in Zwolle, LA to George and Susan Remedies. He enjoyed being around his family and friends. Thomas enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, and above all going to church.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Lucy Braneff Remedies; three children, Lyle Remedies, Cody Remedies, and Arie Remedies; two step children, Carl Barlow and wife Holly and Vance Barlow and wife Amanda; grandchildren, Brett, Brennon, Tyler, Carlin, Brady, Natalie, Taylor, Brailyn, Brock, and Gage; one great grandchild, Everleigh; four brothers, John, Gene, Robert, and Larry; five sisters, Ardell, Verlene, Mary, Theresa and Dorothy.

He is preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, George, Ben, and Gerald.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Calvary Apostolic Church of Starks, LA. Visitation will begin on Friday, April 22, 2016 from 4 PM until at Calvary Apostolic Church of Starks, LA. Visitation will resume Saturday, April 23, 2016 at the church from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Burial will be at Clark Cemetery. Pastor Michael Brolyes will officiate services.
