Thomas Tommy Reinsch, 66 of Sulphur passed away on August 23, 2013 in St. Lukes Medical Center. Tommy graduated from Abbeville, LA and worked as an instrument technician retiring from Air Liquide America. He was an avid LSU fan, loved to hunt, especially with his son Keith, fish, golf and coach recreational baseball. Tommy was a prankster at heart, a people person, who loved spending time with family and friends, making many coffee stops during the day. Tommy is survived by his wife of 48 years, Linda Reinsch of Sulphur; two daughters, Heidi Guidry and husband, Van and Erika Bourque and husband, Sean all of Sulphur; son, Keith and wife, Mica of Lacassine; sisters, Marlene Derouen and husband, Larry of Lake Charles and Elizabeth Hudson and husband, Bobby of Baton Rouge; 10 grandchildren; 1 great grandson; and his beloved dachshund, Sugar . He was preceded in death by his mother, Marjorie Kirkpatrick and sister, Patricia Reinsch. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at 11 a.m. at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Carlyss with Father Ernest Corriveau officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday, August 26, 2013 from 5-9 p.m. with a rosary at 7 p.m. at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. Interment will be at a later date.
