Timothy Homer Tomplait, Sr.

Timothy Homer Tomplait, Sr., 64, passed away in his residence on Wednesday, November 16, 2022.

He was born on November 6, 1958 in Sulphur, LA to Eldine and Joseph Tomplait, Jr.

He enjoyed spending time with his family he loved dearly, working on his trucks, gardening, cooking and watching the New Orleans Saints.

He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Cindy Tomplait; children, Timothy Tomplait, Jr., Samantha Myers (Ryan), Tonya Trahan (Jake); 14 grandchildren; siblings, Germaine Gilley, Ronnie Tomplait, Connie Tomplait, Regina Hebert, Patricia DeWitt, Angela Clement, Crystal Burnworth, Bud Tomplait, Vivian Brandon; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A gathering of friends and family to celebrate his life will be held at Johnson Funeral Home from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Monday, November 21, 2022. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home.
