Timothy Tim Lloyd Goehring

Timothy Lloyd Tim Goehring, 41, of Lake Charles, died on March 15, 2013 in a work related helicopter crash near Grand Lake, LA.

Tim was born in Beaver Falls, PA to Lloyd and Mary (Seidler) Goehring. He was an aviation technician for many years and was employed with ERA Helicopters in Lake Charles. He was very well respected by his friends and co-workers. Tim enjoyed life to the fullest, he loved being with his family and friends. He will be sadly missed.

Those left to cherish and honor his memory are his wife, Julie Zimmerman Goehring; sons, Jack, 15; Max, 7; and Cole, 4; all of Lake Charles; parents, Lloyd and Mary of Beaver Falls, PA; brother, Greg, Pittsburgh, PA; mother-in-law, Susie McClain and husband Scotty, Lake Charles; father-in-law, Don Zimmerman and wife Clada, Moss Bluff; and a host of extended family and friends in both the Lake Charles and Beaver Falls area.

Visitation will be at Johnson Funeral Home from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Tuesday March 19, 2013. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 7:00 PM on Tuesday. The Rev. Kelly Vigo will officiate. After local services, he will be returned to his native town of Beaver Falls, PA for services and burial in Slyvania Hills Cemetery under the direction of Lutton Funeral Home., Chippewa location, 117 Blackhawk Rd., Beaver Falls, PA 15010.
