Tommie J. Credeur

Tommie J. Credeur, 79, of Lake Charles, LA died Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at a local hospital. Tommie was born on September 24, 1935 in Shreveport, LA to Thomas and Audry Hanlon. She was a caregiver as a nurse for many years. She loved fishing, the great outdoors, her beloved cats, and time spent with family and friends. She is survived by her loving husband of 24 years, Delton Credeur of Lake Charles, LA; two sons, Wayne Nichols and wife Susan of Frierson, LA and Mark Nichols of Frierson, LA; one stepson, Chris Credeur and wife Shannon of Lake Charles, LA,; two brother-in-law, John Credeur and wife Susan of Houston, TX, Allen Credeur and wife Joann of Lake Charles, LA; four sister in laws, Elaine Trahan and husband Brian of Lake Charles, LA, Helen Credeur and husband Butch of Lake Charles, LA, Barbara Hebert of Lake Charles, LA, and Patsy Vincent of DeRidder, LA; father-in-law, Delton Credeur Sr. of Lake Charles, LA; mother-in-law, Merline Lopez of Lake Charles, LA; four grandchildren, Matt, Brandon, Jennifer, and Colleen; 6 great grand children; one brother, Robert Hanlon; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; one son, Rodney Nichols; one granddaughter, Regina Nichols; and brother in law, David Credeur. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to LOPA. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Johnson Funeral Home. Rev.
