Tommie Lynn Goodrich

Tommie Lynn Goodrich, 73 of Hackberry passed away on June 9, 2014 in his residence. Tommie was a graduate of Hackberry High School and served his country in the U S Army. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Hackberry serving on several committees, a Deacon and teacher. Tommie was the owner of Hackberry Service and Supply and Tab's Incorporated. He worked for the LA Wildlife and Fishery, Brown's Grocery and DeVall Towing. Tommie is survived by his wife of 52 years, Beverly "Vines" Goodrich, three daughters, Stephanie East and husband, Darren, Stacy Bellard and husband, Ushary and Thomasena Chaisson and husband, Darrell; son, Stewart Goodrich and wife, Tina; 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Horace and Augusta Goodrich; and a sister, Billie Jean Hunt. A gathering will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2014 from 2-5 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Hackberry. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donation may be made to First Baptist Church of Hackberry.
