Vicki Moneah Bourgeois-LeBlanc, 57, of Sulphur passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 in her residence.
Mrs. Bourgeois-LeBlanc was born on May 26, 1960 in Lake Charles where she lived until moving to Sulphur 35 years ago. She was a graduate of LaGrange High School and attended McNeese State University. Mrs. Bourgeois-LeBlanc was a local realtor for more than 30 years and was a member of the Realtors Association.
She enjoyed working outside, gardening, and especially spending time with her grandchildren.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Whitney LeBlanc of Sulphur; daughter, Jodi Bourgeois of Sulphur; son, Cody Bourgeois (April) of Denham Springs; step daughter, Misty Bourgeois (Keary Avriett) of Lake Charles; mother, Beatrice Sewell of Leesville; three brothers, Russell “Rusty” Arceneaux (Clarissa) of Carlyss, Ricky Arceneaux of Welch, and Ron Martin (Vicky) of Hornbeck; four grandchildren, Alexa Rose Daigle, Brooklyn Marie Bourgeois, Angelle Jolie Bourgeois, and Avery Moneah Bourgeois; and father of her children, John Bourgeois of Dequincy.
She was preceded in death by her father, Notley Arceneaux.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, April 21, 2018 in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Deacon George Carr will officiate. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Garden Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Friday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a rosary being recited at 6:30 PM. Visitation will resume on Saturday from 12:00 PM until the start of the service
