Vickie Darlene Verrett

Vickie Darlene Verrett was born November 22, 1950 in Lake Charles, Louisiana to Leroy and Gerry LeFleur.

She was a lifelong resident of Southwest Louisiana and she enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her family and friends. She is best remembered for her unwavering spirit, strength and courage through all the trials of her life.

Her battle has ended, and she is at peace. She entered the gates of Heaven on, Wednesday, December 29, 2021. She was preceded in death by; a son, Donavon Shea Worthington; a daughter, Natalie Dawn Worthington; her parents; a sister Debra Attaway; a brother, Danny LaFleur.

Those left to cherish her memory: her husband of thirty-one years, Kenny Verrett; daughter, Lauren Elizabeth Verrett and fiancé Trevor Gregory; grandchildren, Christian, Cameron, and Cailon; a sister Eva Rae Batey; two brothers, Michael LaFleur of Moss Bluff and Lee LaFleur of Lafayette.

Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, the family to host a celebration of her life at a later date.
