She was a devoted member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Lake Charles, where she served on the Altar Society and faithfully served as a Catholic Daughter as well as in many other capacities within the church.
She was welcomed into heaven by her beloved husband of 55 years, Elvis Trahan; parents, Calice and Edith Suire Bouillion; sister, Verdine Bouillion; and brothers, Raywood and Norman Bouillion. Those left to honor and cherish her memories are her sister, Virgie Dionne, her children, Brenda Waterman and husband Harry, Lafayette, LA; James Trahan and wife Juanita, Moss Bluff; Sharon Collins and husband James, Katy, TX and Thomas Trahan and wife Elizabeth, Friendswood, TX; 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family of the heart.
