Virginia Larocca

Virginia L. LaRocca, 79, of Lake Charles died on Saturday, July 28, 2012 in a local care facility with her loving family at her side.

Mrs. LaRocca was born on September 28, 1932 to the parents of Edward and Edith Manuel in Lake Charles.

She is preceded in death by her husband Charles J. LaRocca, Jr., her parents, and seven siblings.

Mrs. LaRocca is survived by two sons and two daughters: Randy LaRocca and wife Laurie of Glastonberry, CT, Leon LaRocca and wife Lori, Leda Lofaso and husband Frank, and Debbie Long and husband Bruce all of Lake Charles, LA; nine grandchildren: Laura Bowers, Sarah Lofaso, Scott Long, Madison Long, Lauren LaRocca, Tyler LaRocca, Nicholas LaRocca, Charleigh LaRocca, and Simon LaRocca; three great grandchildren: Blaire Bowers, Jens Drachmann IV, and Reese Bowers; three brothers and one sister.

A graveside service will be held 10:00 AM on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at Consolata Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home. Father Scott Conner will be the celebrant. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 30, 2012 from 5 PM until 7 PM with a Curculio rosary to be held at 6:00 PM.
