Vivian Champagne Hebert

Vivian Champagne Hebert, 72, of Lake Charles passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday July 12, 2018.

Vivian was a native of Jennings and a longtime resident of Lake Charles. She loved spending time reading, traveling and being with her family. Most of all she loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She retired from the Calcasieu Parish School Board.

Preceding Vivian in death are her parents, Wilton and Lucy Newman Champagne and a sister, Elizabeth Judice. Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory are her beloved husband of 58 years, Jimmy Hebert; sons, Russell James Hebert and fiancé Lauren Hood, Houston, TX; Darryl Houston Hebert and wife, Missie; Lake Charles; daughter, Lisa Clawson and husband Bryan, Katy, TX; sister, Bertha Cannon; seven grandchildren, Amy Monceaux, Ashley Meche, Alex Hennigan, Kayce Hebert, Savanah Hebert, Eli Hebert, and Cade Hebert; four great grandchildren, Emma, Kensleigh, Lilly and Adlee; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Visitation will be Saturday July 14, 2018 at Johnson Funeral Home from 10:00 AM until 2:30 PM. Funeral services will be at The Funeral Home chapel at 2:30 PM with Brother Andrew Martin officiating. Burial will follow at Prien Memorial Gardens.
